Membership Pathway

At 400M: Productions
01ApplicationRead by Worker-MembersA basic application and questionnaire, reviewed by Worker-Members together in a weekly meeting. Then a call or meeting with at least one Worker-Member delegate, a group meeting with all Worker-Members, and a consensus vote at each step.
02New Member Trial3 months, as a Creative-MemberThree months working alongside members, with monthly check-ins and readings or exercises for any pain points. At the end, Worker-Members vote by consensus on continuing together.
03Creative-MemberMaking the workTakes part in the creative work and shares in the responsibilities, decision-making, and surplus of the projects they are part of, without the structural governance duties of the Worker-Member circle.

04Aspiring Worker-Member3 months, after 3 as a Creative-MemberA further trial, open after at least three months as a Creative-Member: at least 40 hours of consistent labor, six hours of trust-building time with at least two Worker-Members, weekly or biweekly check-ins, and trainings.
05Worker-MemberDeliberation, then a voteAfter a deliberation period of at least a week, Worker-Members meet and decide. Worker-Members carry the labor and final decisions outside the production spheres, including proposals about the future of the federation.
